What is the weather like?
Mongolia experiences a strongly continental climate, marked by four distinct temperature fluctuations, low precipitation, and notable regional variations based on latitude and altitude. Average temperatures range from approximately -4°C to -8°C in mountainous areas, rising to around 2°C in the steppe desert region and approximately 6°C in the southern desert bordering China.
